Phoenix Spencer-Horn: Ewan Methven pleads guilty to murdering and decapitating girlfriend

The body of Phoenix Spencer-Horn, 21, was discovered in a flat in East Kilbride's Glen Lee, South Lanarkshire, on 18 November 2024. Methven, 27, told a 999 call-handler the murder happened when he had a psychotic episode induced by cocaine, alcohol and steroids, Glasgow's High Court hears.
