7.3-magnitude earthquake strikes near Alaska, tsunami warning issued
A strong 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Alaska’s coast on Wednesday, triggering a tsunami warning for parts of the state, US authorities said. The quake hit near Sand Point and was followed by alerts from the National Tsunami Warning Center.
