Man charged with murder after 11 killed in Vancouver vehicle attack

Police said a man drove into a large group of people at a block party in Vancouver on Saturday evening. Eleven people were killed, including a child.

The suspect reportedly recorded the attack on his phone and security footage was said to show him shouting insults at “Allah”. President Emmanuel Macron described the victim as “horribly murdered”.
