Russia kept up its relentless air offensive over Kharkiv early Wednesday, killing three people and wounding 64, as Kyiv reiterated its plea for Western allies to pressure Russia into accepting an unconditional ceasefire. Ukrainian officials said Moscow had returned the bodies of more than 1,200 soldiers as part of an agreement reached at peace talks last week.
