From bombs to bargains: US dangles $30 bn nuclear energy deal to Iran
The United States has held talks behind the scenes in recent days to reach a nuclear deal with Iran and proposals include investment up to $30 billion and sanctions relief to persuade Iran to give up the nuclear weapon programme, according to a report.
