Israel announces ‘tactical pause’ to fighting in 3 Gaza areas, aid airdrops begin

The Israeli military on Sunday began a limited pause in fighting in Gaza City, Deir al-Balah and Muwasi for 10 hours a day amid mounting international pressure to address a surging in hunger in the Palestinian territory. In addition to food airdrops, aid trucks began entering Gaza from the southern Rafah crossing with Egypt.
