In an admission that puts the legitimacy of US strikes on Iranian nuclear sites in question, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that ‘it’s irrelevant’ and ‘it doesn’t matter’ whether Iran was actually developing a nuclear weapon under orders from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
