Jack Dorsey, the former Twitter CEO, has launched a new messaging app that does not rely on the internet. Called Bitchat, the app uses Bluetooth to let people send messages directly to one another. It is designed to keep working even when internet access is blocked, making it a convenient option in areas with weak or no connectivity
