Jolt for Trump, US appeals court declares bid to end birthright citizenship unconstitutional
In a blow to US President Donald Trump, an appeals court has upheld a lower court’s decision to block the president’s executive order ending birthright citizenship. It agreed with the interpretation of the lower court that the executive order was unconstitutional.
