   • Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience in a multinational manufacturing and commercialization organization, including 5 years in senior management (public or private sector). Master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, biomedical science, business administration, or business management.

2. General Manager, Research and Technology Transfer

   • Salary Range: KSh 416,570 – KSh 583,590 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in management (public or private sector). Master’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or equivalent.

3. General Manager, Production

   • Salary Range: KSh 416,570 – KSh 583,590 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years in management (public or private sector). Master’s degree in microbiology, biochemistry, bio/chemical engineering, or equivalent.

Management Positions:

4. Manager, Human Resource and Administration

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 13+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in human resource management, administration, public administration, business administration, political science/government, or anthropology.

5. Manager, Strategy and Planning

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 13+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in economics, statistics, strategic management, business development, development studies, or business administration.

6. Manager, Safety, Health and Environment

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 13+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in biomedical sciences, health sciences, public health, medical laboratory sciences, environmental safety, occupational safety and health, or relevant health sciences.

7. Manager, Finance and Accounts

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 13+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in commerce (accounting/finance), finance, economics, or business administration (finance).

8. Manager, Production (Vaccines and Biologicals)

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in microbiology, biochemistry, or bio/chemical engineering.

9. Manager, Marketing and Business Development

   • Salary Range: KSh 322,000 – KSh 445,500 (5-year renewable contract)
   • Requirements: 13+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.

10. Assistant Manager, Vaccines and Biologicals

    • Salary Range: KSh 289,403 – KSh 381,900
    • Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in microbiology, biomedical engineering, biology, medical laboratory sciences, biotechnology, or chemistry (analytical, industrial, organic, biochemistry, or materials science).

11. Principal Product Quality Control Officer

    • Salary Range: KSh 247,320 – KSh 327,915
    • Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Master’s degree in life/biological sciences (chemistry, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, microbiology).

12. Principal Engineering Technician

    • Salary Range: KSh 148,113 – KSh 217,170
    • Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience. Diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.

13. Principal Engineer

    • Salary Range: KSh 247,320 – KSh 327,915
    • Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position (public or private sector). Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronic, chemical & processing, electrical & electronics, instrumentation and control, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.

14. Principal Engineer, Maintenance Engineering Section

    • Salary Range: KSh 148,113 – KSh 217,170
    • Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience as an engineer or in a comparable position. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronic, chemical & processing, electrical & electronics, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.
