Minister denies misleading voters over benefits cuts – as he’s shown awkward old tweet
Stephen Timms, a Department for Work and Pensions minister, told Sky News that Labour's manifesto promised to reform the welfare system – and was also presented with an old tweet from his boss which condemned Tory cuts to benefits.
