After weeks of speculation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a government reshuffle with economist Yulia Svyrydenko as prime minister and Justice Minister Olga Stefanishyna as the next US ambassador. Svyrydenko played a key role in concluding a natural resources agreement giving Washington preferential access to Ukraine’s mineral wealth.
