Breaking Breaking Civilians killed as Pakistan and India trade strikes over Kashmir
Pakistan's military said it used medium-range missiles to strike more than 25 military sites before India delivered what it called a "measured" response, as part of the latest escalation in a conflict between the two nuclear-armed rivals.
