PM Modi’s counterpart, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, came to the Piarco International Airport to receive him. She was accompanied by the entire Cabinet of Trinidad and Tobago at the airport. Interestingly, Persad-Bissessar wore Indian attire to welcome PM Modi
