Russian captain of ship in North Sea crash appears in court
On Monday, the US oil tanker the Stena Immaculate and the Portuguese-flagged Solong collided in the North Sea off the coast of Yorkshire. One crew member remains missing and is thought to have died – a Filipino national named as Mark Angelo Pernia.
