Seoul reports North Korea dismantling propaganda speakers at DMZ
North Korean troops have begun dismantling propaganda loudspeakers along the border, South Korea’s military said Saturday, marking a symbolic step toward easing tensions. The move follows Seoul’s recent removal of its own devices and suspension of broadcasts, part of President Lee Jae Myung’s push for dialogue and improved relations with Pyongyang.
