Ahead of US President Donald Trump’s deadline for a ceasefire in Ukraine, US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff has arrived in Moscow to hold talks with Russian officials. Incidentally, Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is also in Moscow.
