Will Ukraine peace talks collapse after Russia’s ‘second-biggest air assault’?
Prospects of peace talks dimmed further on Thursday after Russia carried out its second-biggest aerial attack in Kyiv, killing at least 23 people, including four children. Among the many buildings struck by Moscow were the headquarters of the British Council and the European Union in Kyiv. While there were no fatalities recorded there, it drew widespread condemnation from European countries
